River Dental Care is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our fast-growing, team-focused practice in Murfreesboro, TN. We are open to new graduates and are looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, coachable, and excited to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team. Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Full-time hours

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Perform periodontal charting, take digital X-rays, and assist with diagnostic support as needed
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and treatment recommendations in a clear, supportive manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent care
• Support a fast-paced schedule while maintaining attention to detail and patient comfort
• Assist teammates when needed teamwork is a key part of the River Dental Care culture

Qualifications

• Active or pending Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and Microsoft programs is a plus, but not required
• Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
• Coachable and open to learning, feedback, and growth
• Flexible, efficient, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive, patient-first mindset

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
