About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of CRM, Lifecycle, and Automation to take on a pivotal role in building and owning the CRM, lifecycle, and marketing-automation engine. This senior position is focused on long-term customer lifetime value (LTV) and requires the successful candidate to set and execute the lifecycle and retention strategy. The role involves operating as a super-senior individual contributor, with a hands-on approach to standing up and modifying lifecycle programs, including email and SMS journeys, retention and prepay campaigns, and automated review generation. The ideal candidate will have a quantifiable track record in retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or subscriber marketing, and be deeply analytical, with expertise in using AI and a modern martech stack. Applicants for the Vice President of CRM, Lifecycle, and Automation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on B2C multi-location or field-based business. The role demands a leader who is deeply analytical, hands-on with a modern martech stack, and has a strong project management skill set. The candidate must be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, and finance, and have a proven track record of moving LTV at scale. The approach to the role should be data-driven, with a relentless focus on LTV, and a willingness to ship and test fast. The successful candidate will be expected to treat LTV like their own P&L, see the full customer journey, and be comfortable as a super-senior individual contributor, with a high level of ambition and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
