Banking and Commercial Finance Associate

Our client is seeking a Banking & Commercial Finance Associate with at least four years of experience to join its New York office. The role focuses on representing lenders, including banks, funds, and other credit providers, in a broad range of financing transactions, such as cash-flow and asset-based lending. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial finance structures, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions while working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Exceptional academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required. The New York salary range is $225,000-$300,000 , depending on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. The compensation package also includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, health, life, accident, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
