• 24-hour call shifts -- 5 to 11 shifts per month
• 7 am - 7 am shift hours with beeper call -- 30-min response
• 0 - 6 patients per shift; 0 - 3 patients seen per 24 hours
• Inpatient call-only coverage -- rounding on assigned patients
• Upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsy required
• PEG, esophageal dilatation, and Sengstaken/Blakemore tube required
• Small bowel biopsy and esophageal manometry interpretation required
• Leave coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
