You will be the driving force connecting business objectives to development execution, ensuring that every feature, improvement, and release delivers real value to our users and aligns with the company’s vision. You will be deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to release validation and continuous improvement. Actastheprimarypointofcontactforleadershipandstakeholderstomanageexpectations,secureapprovals,andprovidedata-drivenupdates. Defineacceptancecriteria,establishingclearconditionstoverifythattasksarecompletedproperlyandmeetqualitystandards. Collaboratewiththeengineeringteamtorefinetasks,clarifyarchitecturaldependencies,andimproverequirementsbeforetheyhitdevelopment. Createandsupportuserstories,usecases,andedgecases. Manageandprioritizechangerequestsandoperationalupdatestoensuretheproductevolvesbasedonreal-worldfeedback. WhatWe’reLookingFor 5-7yearsofhands-onexperienceinaProductOwnerorcloselyrelatedproductrole,preferablywithconsumer-facingmobileordigitalapplications. ProvenexperienceinregulatedindustriessuchasiGaming,sportsbetting,orfintechworkingonlarge-scaleandcomplexprojectsinvolvingbackendandfrontenddevelopment. Solidexperienceusingdatatools(GoogleAnalytics,BigQuery,PowerBI,orsimilar). Strongunderstandingofthefullrequirementslifecycleandbacklogmanagement,withhands-onexperiencewritinguserstories,usecases,acceptancecriteria,andtaskdefinitions. Abilitytoindependentlyclarifyandelaboraterequirements,turningbusinessideasintoclearandactionabledevelopmenttasks. SolidknowledgeofAPIintegrations,productarchitecture,andcoretechnicalconcepts. Stronganalyticalanddecision-makingskills,withtheabilitytosolvecomplexproblemsanddriveoutcomes. ExperiencecreatingandinterpretingUMLandBPMNdiagrams. StrongbackgroundinAgile/Scrum,backlogownership,andstakeholdermanagement. NicetoHave ExperiencelaunchingdigitalproductsinmultipleregulatedUSstates.
