Job Title Parts Coordinator FLSA Status Non-Exempt Ensure parts needed for repair are available, or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review each service order for the correct parts. Gather parts needed for the service work order. Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund. File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork. Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufactured housing industry experience is desired High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
