Sr HR Operations CoordinatorLocation: Santa Clara, CA Duration: Long term contractJob DescriptionServe as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, backgrounds, reports, and other personnel matters through the HR Service Center (myHR).Facilitate background checks for AVP-level promotions, focal promotions, executives, including internal time sensitive project backgrounds.Act as a liaison and resource for the Global Talent Acquisition team regarding our background check procedures and policy.Support audit processes (gathering data, etc. for government reporting, including EEOC, AAP, VETS, Pay Data submissions and other audits).Oversee the Workday Inbox for transfers, job changes, promotions, off-cycle compensation changes, off-cycle stock grants, cost center changes, and location adjustments.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on departmental needs.Required SkillsProven experience in HR operations, particularly with Workday, ServiceNow, and First Advantage or equivalent.Strong understanding of government reporting requirements and compliance standards.Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.About Us: InterSources IncInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
