Duration 6+ Months Job Objective A detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist responsible for supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and enhancing employee experience. Serves as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner Support investigations and documentation related to workplace concerns Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records HR Administration Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations Generate reports and support audits as needed Benefits & Compensation Support Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee data Communicate compensation and benefits information clearly to staff Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures Assist with compliance training and regulatory requirements Training & Development Coordinate employee training sessions and development initiatives Track training completion and maintain related records Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Education & Experience (this is not required) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in HR support, recruiting, or employee services preferred Work Environment Collaborative office environment with cross-functional interaction May handle sensitive and confidential information regularly US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
