The role involves working closely with patients to exercise, practice daily tasks, motivate, correct posture, maintain accurate records, set up equipment, and keep the environment clean and safe. Responsibilities Assist patients with exercises or functional tasks, correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety. Review and administer individualized treatment plans for each patient. Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress. Support patients who use devices such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. Mentor and encourage patients during major life changes, providing support and advice. Ensure all equipment is maintained, clean, and safe. Qualifications Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work well and make decisions in a high‑stress environment.
