Civil Engineer

In this role, you'll work on transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects that directly support communities and utility systems across the region. You'll collaborate with Professional Engineers, surveyors, planners, GIS specialists, and technical experts while gaining valuable experience that supports your path toward PE licensure. What You'll Be Doing Infrastructure design and engineering calculations Stormwater, water, and wastewater project support Construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates Permit applications and regulatory compliance Field observations and site visits CAD-based design and drafting What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering FE/EIT certification or ability to obtain within one year Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Experience with CAD software Interest in transportation and municipal infrastructure projects Why The Will Group? Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
