Shipping Associate

The Shipping/Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from production to a customer’s doorstep. This position blends production support, order picking, and shipping responsibilities to guarantee product quality, accurate order fulfillment, and an exceptional unboxing experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Support & Finishing Prepare vessels before production (cleaning, adding wicks, etc.). Apply branding and product labels with accuracy and consistency. Finish products with care, including cleaning vessels, shrink-wrapping, and packaging specialty items. Stock and organize finished goods on shelves, maintaining accurate inventory levels. Communicate restock needs to the Shopify administrator. Review packing slips and daily orders for accuracy. Pick items from inventory with attention to detail and quality standards. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping. Shipping & Packaging Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage in transit. Weigh, measure, and prepare shipments, including printing labels and affixing them properly. Insert promotional materials before sealing packages. Ensure orders are shipped on time and ready for carrier pickup. QUALIFICATIONS Lift, move, and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday. Must have strong computer skills with the ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, CRMs, and fulfillment software. Previous experience in fulfillment, retail stocking, or shipping preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established guidelines. Organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory and order flow. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment. Interest in handcrafted and sustainable products preferred.
