Future BizzNEST Associate Cohort Application

Position Details

BizzNEST offers a paid, one-year Career Accelerator Program for young adults ages 18 to 24. Available opportunities may include:

 

General Associate

• Pay: $17.00 per hour, non-exempt
• Schedule: Temporary, part-time
• Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week
• Benefits: Professional development, career coaching, and California paid sick leave

 

General Associates build technical and professional skills while contributing to client and internal projects. They receive training, mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to develop their resumes and portfolios.

 

Senior Associate

• Pay: $20.00 per hour, non-exempt
• Schedule: Temporary, part-time
• Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week
• Benefits: Professional development, career coaching, and California paid sick leave

 

Senior Associates take on additional leadership and project responsibilities. Depending on the department, they may mentor General Associates, coordinate project tasks, review work, support client communication, and help guide projects toward completion.

 

Schedule

Specific schedules, workdays, department openings, and locations will depend on organizational and client needs. All positions require in-person participation at a Digital NEST center.

 

Available Career Paths

BizzNEST Associate opportunities may be available across several career paths, depending on current client projects, organizational needs, and availability at each Digital NEST center.

Our primary career paths include:

• Digital Marketing
• Video Marketing
• Visual UX/UI Design 
• Graphic Design
• Software Development

 

Additional opportunities may occasionally be available within Digital NEST’s internal teams, including:

• Pathway Instructor
• Information Technology
• Human Resources
• Finance
• Learning and Research
• Administrative Support

 

Not every career path or Associate level will be available at every location. Applicants will be able to indicate their preferred career path, Digital NEST center, and interest in General or Senior Associate opportunities when joining the talent pool.

 

Eligibility and Hiring Requirements

• Applicants must be between 18 and 24 years old at the time required for the position.
• Applicants must be able to meet the weekly hour requirements for their selected Associate level.
• Applicants must be able to participate in-person at the Digital NEST center connected to the available position.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
• Joining the BizzNEST Associate Talent Pool does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.
