The Team Leader position is responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the daily operations of a multi million-dollar quick service restaurant. They play a key role in shift management to ensure each restaurant guest and team member has an outstanding experience by following established opening/closing procedures and following brand standards. Team Leaders are also responsible for training team members, ensuring the mission and goals of the restaurant are accomplished, and striving for restaurant growth. Additional Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation. Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
