Every interaction is an opportunity to make a direct impact by resolving issues, building customer trust, and playing a critical role in the overall customer experience.Job Summary: The Systems Support Specialist works directly with external customers to resolve issues in live production environments. The ideal candidate will be able to work with customers to provide system support focused on improving hardware and system performance, as well as overall customer satisfaction. Candidates will be measured by their ability to resolve complex hardware and software issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates will achieve these objectives through a combination of hands-on involvement with customers and internal technical teams.Reporting Relationship: Director, Infrastructure ServicesShift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.Scope of the Role:Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, computer peripherals, applications, and configurationsComplete remote software configurations and upgrade supportConfigure, build, and image workstation drives for fielded systems and mobile devicesProvide remote desktop support and network connectivity for field systems and mobile devicesAssess system needs and recommend technical solutions such as patches, upgrades or enhancementsComplete triage activities and troubleshoots complex problemsProvide server operating system administration and support for physical and virtual server environmentsSupport Windows Server updates, patching, and related maintenance activitiesService, customize, and deploy software packages as neededComplete ticket documentation and tracking using Siebel with a high level of data qualityPerform other job duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical field or equivalent 2 years of related experienceBasic SQL Server 2000/2008/2012/MDSE administration skillsAdvanced Windows OS Knowledge (Win 7/8/10)Working knowledge of desktop, mobile devices, and peripheral troubleshootingExperience with Windows Patch Management, Desktop Updates, and Anti-virus toolsBasic understanding of connectivity and networking best practicesExperience with a remote support tool (BOMGAR, Windows Remote Desktop, etc.)Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision to set and prioritize work with a high level of detailDemonstrate proficiency supporting proprietary software applicationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex problems and identify root causesExcellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and positive outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholdersAbility to multitask with varying priorities and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or equivalent IT certificationsKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly outpatient pharmacy operationsMultilingual skills in Spanish, Arabic, or FrenchRemote Work Requirements:Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connectionMust have a distraction free home office workspaceMust be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)Benefits:At ScriptPro, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
