Are you passionate about beauty and excited about sales and customer service? Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Beauty Boss to join our dynamic team! As a Beauty Boss, you will guide customers in selecting our top-notch skincare products, helping them feel confident and radiant. You'll thrive in a fun, competitive environment with flexible scheduling, excellent commission opportunities, and fantastic employee discounts. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Assist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep the salon clean and organized
• Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks
• Track personal and team progress towards goals
• Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
