Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Work directly with clients to establish and pursue actionable treatment goals tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Provide preventive therapy that addresses mental health issues proactively, reducing the likelihood of crises. \n
- Regularly implement and review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting approaches as necessary based on progress. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community placement agencies to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients. \n
- Complete all required documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in a timely manner. \n
- Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects ongoing client progress. \n
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to a shared understanding of case management and clinic operations. \n
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture by actively engaging in team-building activities and supporting your peers. \n
As a mental health professional at Mind Therapeutic Care Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects each client's personal background and helps them navigate their mental health struggles effectively. You will be instrumental in helping clients access community resources and navigate complex care pathways for optimal mental health support.

- Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a preference for additional graduate-level education in counseling or psychology. \n
- At least one year of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field. \n
