The General Manager will oversee all aspects of property operations, including guest experience, revenue management, distribution, and team leadership. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the property's performance and guest experience while growing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiencyDevelop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution across various channels, working closely with the Distribution Manager and Revenue Management teamLead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, empowerment, and continuous improvementCollaborate with Assistant Managers to develop and deliver personalized, memorable experiences for our guests, driving engagement and loyaltyManage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to ensure the property meets or exceeds financial targetsOversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, working with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities, amenities, and guest rooms are in excellent conditionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, corporate housing providers, and local community partnersEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulationsAnalyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive resultsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the guest experienceIdeal Background7-10+ years of experience in hospitality management with a proven track record of success in leading properties with multiple asset classes (hotel, F&B, retail etc)Strong business acumen with expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial managementExceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, colleagues, and partnersAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems and revenue management softwareFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefitsWe take care of our people so they can do their best work.Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance and parental leave benefits.
