Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full time, Saturday availability required
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing role
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Courteous and professional communication skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do
- Schedule appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
- Greet and assist all customers arriving to the Service Department in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and service lounge
- Regularly interact with Service Advisor and Warranty team to ensure customers' needs are addressed and met
- Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
