Desktop Support Technician

IT Support TechnicianProvide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support services at client sites in King of Prussia, PA. This role represents directly to the end client and requires strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to support both end users and remote engineering teams.The technician will provide hands-on desktop support, assist with troubleshooting common user issues, and support remote engineers with onsite tasks related to service tickets and workstation maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 end-user technical support onsite for the client environmentLog into user systems using local administrator credentials when necessary for troubleshootingTroubleshoot and resolve common issues related to Microsoft Office applicationsPerform Windows workstation resets, wipes, and reimaging as neededDiagnose and assist with printer connectivity and functionality issuesSupport remote engineers by performing onsite troubleshooting and remediation for assigned ticketsAssist with basic desktop support tasks including hardware checks, connectivity issues, and user assistanceMaintain clear communication with remote engineering teams and escalate issues when appropriateRepresent professionally while supporting the client environmentRequired Qualifications2+ years of IT support or desktop support experienceExperience supporting Windows workstations in a business environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Office troubleshootingExperience resetting, wiping, or reimaging Windows PCsBasic printer troubleshooting experience (network printers, drivers, connectivity)Ability to follow direction from remote engineers and execute technical tasks onsiteStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable and professional presence when representing the service provider onsitePreferred QualificationsExperience working in a managed services or field services environmentFamiliarity with ticketing systems and remote support workflowsBasic networking troubleshooting knowledge (connectivity, IP, printer mapping)Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily onsite in King of Prussia, PA, supporting an end-client environment. After initial onboarding and training, a hybrid schedule may be considered depending on client needs.
