Compensation: $22.50/ hour- $23.00/ hour

Shift/Working Hours: 1st shift Monday -Thursday 7:00 am-5:30 pm

About the role:

PrideStaff is partnering with an established manufacturing and packaging facility to find a dependable, motivated Production Team Lead. As a key lead on the production floor, you will support daily packaging operations, help coordinate workflow, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

What you will do:

• Coordinate daily line activities, and tasks based on production schedules, and monitor packaging lines to resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, routine operational adjustments, and maintain accurate batch documentation and production records.
  
• Help train and new employees, practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards, and serve as a communication liaison between management and line staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in a production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, lead team members, and communicate effectively across departments.
  
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
