Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to clients’ needs, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and other mental health professionals, to create an integrated approach to treatment and ensure coordinated care.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to provide insights on enhancing therapeutic practices and the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. The digital format of our services allows for ease of access, especially for clients in underserved areas, ensuring that help is available whenever it is needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, teletherapy platforms, and Google Suite.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for creating clear, therapeutic rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling or virtual therapy settings is preferred.

• Experience working with a diverse population and understanding of cultural sensitivities in mental health care is advantageous.

• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
