Technical Delivery Manager

Job Title Solutions Orchestration Manager - Onsite in Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN Job Description The Solution Orchestration Manager is responsible for managing the commercial operations activities associated with new, complex hospital monitoring solutions. This role leads efforts to further operationalize processes to enable scaling. Responsibilities Lead solution operations activities for complex new business offerings including Enterprise Monitoring as a Service (EMaaS) and Connected Care Subscription by working with process SMEs and functional teams to drive process improvements. Support solution operations activities and process improvement for newly deployed solutions and oversee handoff between quoting, booking, and delivery. Define and document process steps and control points, articulating how commercial operations activities are performed and by whom. Facilitate booking of multiple hardware and software components, ensuring alignment with distinct orders and managing activation of subscription licenses through phased implementation schedules. Manage complex, phased agreements, ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing, and collaborate with order management and order processing teams to support transaction execution. Monitor installation base records, including future upgrades and contract expansions, and manage escalation of commercial issues such as pricing and billing. Support cross‑functional Solutions team with operational readiness and capability gap assessments. Drive adoption of AI‑enabled tools and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability across commercial operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in service delivery. Effective communicator; results‑oriented and energetic, with a track record of creative problem‑solving and relationship building. Experience within a large, matrixed organization and continuous improvement mindset. Experience with LEAN methodology, ServiceMax, Salesforce or SAP preferred. Working knowledge of quoting platforms, project management tooling, CRM, reporting, analytics, and IT tools.
