What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a high-acuity, level III/IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Manage complex neonatal medical conditions and emergencies
• Rotate across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support and mentor nursing staff and medical residents

What You Need

Required:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (NP-CNNP)
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal or ICU experience
• Active Florida license or be eligible for licensure
• Strong clinical skills in high-acuity neonatal care

Preferred:

• Experience with Level III/IV NICU environments
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
