- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend adjustments based on client needs.
- Assist clients with claims processing and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase policy sales and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and enhance customer experience.
- Active insurance license in property and casualty.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
