Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Caregivers in California to join our team and provide compassionate support to clients in need. This role is ideal for individuals with professional or personal caregiving experience, or those eager to learn and grow in the caregiving field. The position involves a mix of personal care, medication assistance, mobility support, and health monitoring, often requiring travel to client homes across various schedules, including 24/7 care cases.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
Administer medications and assist with medication management
Support client mobility and transportation needs
Monitor health conditions and report changes
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members

Required Qualifications

Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Current negative TB test within the last year or willingness to obtain one
6 MONTHS PLUS EXPERIENCE

Preferred Qualifications

Certification as HCA, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Medical Assistant
Experience in patient care
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel between client locations
