Associate Life Examiner

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Life Examiner will review and process Group Life, AD&D, and Waiver of Premium claims, ensuring accurate decisions and payments while providing compassionate service to policyholders and beneficiaries. Key responsibilities Evaluate claims based on policy provisions and regulatory requirements Communicate with policyholders and beneficiaries to gather necessary documentation Maintain clear and defensible claim records while issuing accurate payments Required qualifications High school diploma required 1+ years of experience preferred Medical background is a plus Comfort with multiple systems and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively
