DC Associate 1 - Booneville

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a DC Associate 1 to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and office products sector in Booneville. This role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by picking, packing, assembling, and moving products, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment with high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Shift Patterns

• Shipping 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with up to 2 hours daily of overtime

Pay Rates

• 15.44 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for DC Associate 1

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Desirable Requirements for DC Associate 1

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Basic inventory or warehouse tracking experience.
• Ability to read load sheets and follow customer requirements.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience.

Role Responsibilities for DC Associate 1

• Pick items from pallets and shelves using pick tickets.
• Pack and prepare cartons for shipment.
• Label and palletize finished products.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Count incoming products and verify quantities.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Complete paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Location : Booneville. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
