About the Role A Test Supervisor will lead a team within a production line to ensure the efficient execution of manufacturing and testing processes. The role will play a key part in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production and test operations within a manufacturing environment. Ensure production schedules meet demand planning, volume targets, and inventory levels. Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality requirements, production procedures, and workflows. Allocate and manage team resources to meet production goals efficiently. Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Recommend equipment and process improvements to increase efficiency and output. Lead the resolution of critical product and equipment issues in partnership with internal teams. Drive Lean manufacturing practices, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process optimization. Maintain clear communication across Production, Engineering, and Operations teams. Schedule & Work Environment Primarily an off‑shift position. Flexibility required for training on alternate shifts. Potential overtime based on production needs. PPE required: Steel‑toe shoes (light industrial environment). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 3+ years of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree + 5+ years of related experience OR High school diploma + 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience. Preferred Experience Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or electrical environment. Knowledge of electrical equipment, power systems, or industrial production processes. Experience with SAP or ERP systems. Background in production supervision, testing operations, or manufacturing leadership. Core Competencies Strong leadership and team development skills. Ability to drive production performance and operational efficiency. Advanced problem‑solving and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration. Continuous improvement mindset (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement). Pay Details $38.00 per hour.
