Time and Territory Management Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to Agiliti Surgical Services and the Equipment Value Management framework Establish long-term, annual, and quarterly territory goals that create a clear pathway to success Manage time and resources effectively to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage pipeline, activities, and sales execution Maintain working knowledge of key healthcare markets, including Acute Care and Long-Term Care Partner closely with Territory Executives and cross-functional subject matter experts to drive growth initiatives Customer-Aligned Sales Process Adapt messaging and sales approach to customer needs and buying processes Clearly and compellingly communicate value to positively influence customer decisions Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory Manage internal sales processes by leveraging Territory Executives, Operations partners, and Corporate resources Keep customer commitments, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations Conduct regular business reviews with customers Build and maintain strong external relationships by regularly calling on hospitals, surgery centers, and clinical stakeholders Insight Selling Methodology Translate product, service, and solution benefits into customer-specific value Develop deep understanding of customer challenges to deliver relevant insights during each interaction Apply Challenger Sales methodology, including whiteboarding and virtual selling tools when appropriate Equipment Value Management Articulate how Agiliti’s EVM framework improves equipment workflows, reduces costs, enhances quality, and elevates patient experiences Stay current on all Agiliti service offerings, sales tools, and required training What You Will Need for This Role? Qualifications BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing Operating Room knowledge and medical device sales experience 2+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required Experience in a team-based selling environment preferred Previous experience selling services preferred Ability to travel up to 50% Current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record per Agiliti policy #J-18808-Ljbffr Agiliti
