Founded by jewelry designer Ali Weiss, we create a clean, elevated showroom experience built around personal connection and beautiful curation. The Role This is a styling‑first sales role for someone with a great eye, a warm personality, and a genuine love of jewelry. You don’t need years of experience — you need taste, energy, and a desire to learn. You’ll work 2–3 days per week helping clients discover and build their perfect fine‑jewelry look, while also supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the showroom. Responsibilities Guide clients through fine‑jewelry selection, ear styling, stacking, and layering Build genuine connections and deliver a warm, personalized client experience Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance Open and close the showroom; step up to lead the floor when the manager is out Clean and maintain showcases and displays to brand standards Restock and replenish jewelry, supplies, and merchandising on the floor Assist with online order fulfillment and inventory transfers Support local marketing efforts and community‑building initiatives Occasionally assist with in‑store social content (light on‑camera presence) What We Offer Hourly compensation: $26–$30/hr Jewelry allotment / employee perk program Direct exposure to a growing, founder‑led fine‑jewelry brand Opportunity to grow as the location expands What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for jewelry, fashion, and personal style Warm, confident, and client‑focused — you love talking to people Detail‑oriented with high aesthetic standards Reliable and responsible — comfortable taking initiative Weekend availability required Prior retail experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person If this sounds like you, we’d love to see your resume.
