Pediatric EM Assistant Medical Director Opening in Austin, TX Full-time, EmployedSeeking an experienced Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician with leadership experience to serve as Assistant Medical Director. Flexible scheduling Level 4 Trauma Center has 10 ED beds and an annual volume of approximately 29k. This is a separate emergency department, medical-surgical inpatient unit and pediatric intensive care unit for children ages 17 and under. We are staffed with PEM certified physicians, pediatric hospitalists, advanced practice clinicians, intensivists and other specialists specifically trained to care for children. Excellent specialty back up is available, including pediatric surgery, neurology, urology, ENT and gastroenterology to name a few.
