Responsibilities Provide expert clinical services, including psychological assessments, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy to pediatric patients. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and create measurable, individualized treatment plans with client involvement. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and discharge/transfer plans. Offer clinical supervision and training to psychology interns and assist in coordinating internship programs to maintain APA accreditation standards. Promote a positive and supportive experience for clients and their families, encouraging feedback and participating in service recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage reimbursement sources, and ensure all care requirements are met. Stay current with developments in the field and actively participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives. Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Requirements Required: Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.). Completion of an internship in clinical child, school, pediatric, or adult clinical psychology. Must hold a current New Jersey Psychologist License or be license‑eligible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Preferred: Post‑doctoral training and/or experience in child maltreatment or forensic psychology. Compensation Minimum Starting Base Salary: $106,329.60 annually.
