Car Pros is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Salespeople to join our growing team. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Sell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and vans
• Become a product expert by learning vehicle features, benefits, and competitive comparisons
• Demonstrate vehicle features and operation in the showroom and during test drives
• Present pricing proposals and financing options to customers
• Use ethical and legal sales techniques at all times
• Maintain manufacturer certifications as assigned
• Protect customer confidentiality and comply with all privacy laws
• Meet monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
• Ensure every vehicle is properly delivered to customers
• Prospect and market to potential customers through phone calls, letters, and personal outreach
• Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Maintain accurate sales tracking in VinSolutions
• Follow the Car Pros sales process and dealership policies
• Maintain professionalism, including courteous communication and appropriate workplace conduct
• Adhere to dealership dress code and wear employee ID badge daily
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

• Paid personal time off accrued at one hour for every 30 hours worked

Compensation

Annual Pay: $118,863.68 – $368,157.45
