We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization**Dental Assistant I (Sea Mar Community Health Centers)**Sea Mar is seeking a skilled **Dental Assistant** to support dental providers and deliver quality patient care. This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and supporting clinic operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures* Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality* Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts* Maintain sterilization and infection control standards* Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities* Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education**Qualifications*** Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience* Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required* BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire* Strong infection control and patient communication skills* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred**Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.****Starting Wage:** $22.34 per hour**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday (Can be edited based on need)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.34 USD Hourly**What We Offer:**Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
