The position will be responsible for creating and implementing the business plan for all operational and financial aspects for both multifamily and commercial properties in intown Atlanta. Responsibilities will include: driving tenant experience, leasing, budget tracking, and analyzing data and financials to push business plans at the properties, and overseeing property upkeep and maintenance. Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with tenants using a hospitality touch Supervise all property staff Overseeing the business plan for the property to maximize rental rates, occupancy and NOI Property level budget tracking Assist all outside vendors with property issues Coordinate all work orders with internal staff, tenants and outside vendors To be successful in the role, the candidate should: Enjoy serving others with a hospitality mindset Have a meticulous attention to detail with a process driven work flow Be intellectually curious and drawn to challenges Have a strong work ethic and act with a sense of urgency Be self aware with the ability to own mistakes, learn and grow Be able to think creatively and outside the box Qualifications 1 to 5+ years of real estate or hospitality experience Detail-oriented and strong communication skills Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
