We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to provide outstanding support to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

This is a part-time position with an evening and weekend schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reception and telephone duties.

• Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling the pertinent bookkeeping and resident records.

• Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed.

• Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc.

• Greet visitors, guests, residents, salespeople and others.

• Type documents, reports, letters, etc. with proficient typing skills.

• Develop, encourage, and maintain good communications between and among departments, residents, staff, visitors, etc.

• Communicate with and support residents, families, visitors, etc.
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Organizational skills, effective communicator, detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
