Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, functional mobility training, transfers, and fall risk assessment preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in SNF settings preferred.
