Pulaski Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pulaski, Virginia is currently in search of RN / LPN Charge Nurse who have a winning customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
Qualifications include:
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agent
