We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support a diverse caseload of students across multiple grade levels. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive educational team.

Caseload

• TK – 11th Grade
• Approximately 20 students

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide specialized academic instruction to students with Mild/Moderate disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Monitor student progress, maintain compliance with IEP documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Active California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate Support Needs (Required)
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience serving students across multiple grade levels is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Location: Oregon House, California
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Schedule: 21 hours per week
• Caseload: TK–11th Grade (approximately 20 students)
• Number of Openings: 1 

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
