Launch, optimize, diagnose, and improve accounts alongside our Head Media Buyer. SwiftSocial runs paid acquisition for generator installers across the United States and Canada. We handle Meta ads, landing pages, qualification, CRM delivery, follow-up, and appointment-setting systems. We are hiring an experienced Meta lead-generation operator. You will report to Milos, our Head Media Buyer. Milos owns cross-account strategy, standards, certification, complex escalations, and any decision outside the documented playbooks and thresholds. You own certified routine execution. Launch, pause, scale, and budget authority expands as you prove accurate execution and clean QA, not on a fixed calendar date. Why This Role Matters Paid acquisition is the engine behind every client account we run. When the ads work, installers book real jobs, and the accounts you improve set the standard the rest of the team follows. What You'll Actually Do Review account performance every business day and take action when the numbers require it. Launch campaigns, adjust budgets, test creative, and diagnose performance problems. Track cost per lead, lead quality, qualified booked calls, pacing, and account health. Write short updates that say what changed, why, and what happens next. Flag tracking, funnel, CRM, and client follow-up problems that distort ad performance. Document winning decisions so the rest of the team can reuse them. Move between accounts as priorities change without arguing over account ownership or credit. What Good Looks Like You start on certified routine execution inside documented playbooks and thresholds. As your launches, pauses, budget moves, and QA come back accurate, your authority expands step by step. Anything outside the playbooks or thresholds goes to Milos until he certifies you on it. By day 60, every account you touch has a clear testing plan and change log. By day 90, you are finding useful patterns across accounts and improving the operating system. Required Experience You have personally managed several Meta lead-generation accounts at the same time. You can show an account walkthrough and explain real pause, scale, and creative-testing decisions. You understand lead generation. E-commerce ROAS alone is not enough. You can overlap with United States Eastern business hours. You write clear English updates for teammates and client-facing summaries. You respond to meaningful performance changes the same business day. Useful but not required: Compensation $3,500 per month base plus a marginal share of total company collected recurring MRR. The share starts on day one and does not depend on which accounts you are assigned. Expected annual compensation is about $48,000 to $83,000 as company MRR grows.
