Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets HandyMike’s high standards of quality
• Troubleshoot and repair various systems and structures
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Strong skills in a variety of trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

Your benefits package will include the following:
• 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually for the first two years

• 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually, after two years employment

• 40 hours of Paid Sick Time Annually (accrued)

• 7 Paid Holidays, 6 paid Federal Holidays plus 1 additional days paid for the day after Thanksgiving
