As a Flower Merchandiser you will have a direct impact at each store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. At Falcon Farms we value quality, commitment, and above all our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00PM and Saturday from 7:00AM to 1:00PM. Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Mobile phone allowance to stay connected. Transportation expense reimbursement per route. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees. Your Responsibilities Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. Support During Festive Seasons During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, be prepared to ensure each store is ready for the festive demand. Department Resets Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. Teamwork While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Read, write, and understand instructions in English. Have reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. Have internet access and a smartphone.
