Design and enhance APIs, integrations, and AI‑driven solutions for brokers and underwriters. Work with Product, Design, and Data to transform ambiguity into clear, maintainable solutions. Champion engineering standards: testing, observability, CI/CD, and code reviews. Guide junior and mid-level engineers, while influencing technical culture and architecture. Ideal Profile 5+ years in a modern web stack with a proven record of technical leadership. Experience leading complex projects and contributing significantly to codebases.
