1. Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
2. Self-motivated and driven by goals, not just a paycheck
3. A natural with people, you genuinely enjoy helping others through major decisions
4. Comfortable learning technology and CRM systems
5. Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
6. Coachable and ready to follow a proven system and do the work
7. Prior sales experience a plus but absolutely not required

Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $48,000 – $180,000/year based on performance

Flexible, self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability
