Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr The Construction Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team. Description Assist with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Support project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of materials Help maintain jobsite safety and quality standards Track project budgets and costs Participate in regular site visits and progress meetings Ensure project compliance with contract documents and local regulations Profile Building and Construction Project Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Self-starter with a proactive attitude and team-first mindset Job Offer Competitive salary up to $100,000 Comprehensive health and wellness benefits 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A supportive and collaborative team environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
