Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries related to sending gifts to their family/ friends or important documents for work or personal matters.
• Provide advice on printing like: paper types, pricing, and color
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and retail math calculations
• Maintain well-stocked shelves by organizing merchandise, stocking new inventory, and implementing effective merchandising strategies
• Help customers with their Amazon Returns, etc..
• Cross selling and upselling

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Strong communication skills in English are essential; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have asset
• Organizational skills to manage stocking tasks efficiently and maintain an attractive store environment
