Warehouse Associate


Malone Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a great opportunity in New Albany, IN.


Pay:

• Starting at $18.07 (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday thru Friday)

What You'll Do:

• Pick and verify products according to customer orders and established procedures.
  
  
• Pack orders accurately and securely for shipment.
  
  
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packages for carrier pickup.
  
  
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and potential damage before shipment.
  
  
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.
  
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  
  
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  
  
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  
  
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  
  
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities as needed.
