In this role, you will:

Provide restaurant-style dining service with a warm, hospitality-focused approach

Build meaningful relationships with residents during meal times

Assist residents with special requests and individualized service needs

Help create a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable dining atmosphere

Work closely with the dining team to deliver exceptional service every day

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Passion for hospitality and customer service

Ability to create positive resident relationships through patience and kindness

Restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
