Travel Radiology Technologist - $1,900 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a position in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel As a Rad Tech, you will be responsible for the use of diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring that images are accurate and passed on to physicians for medical interpretation. Rad Techs are also responsible for preparing and caring for patients undergoing radiologic testing. Tasks Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required. Follow orders from Physicians regarding which area of the patient's body needs imaging. Correctly position the patient and adjust the imaging equipment to appropriate positions. Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure for both yourself and patients by taking appropriate protection precautions. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare results for Physician review. Maintain accurate patient records. Understand and use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ARRT (R) National Certification. State-specific licensing when required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Job ID #: 1429167.
