Registered Nurse

The position requires a registered nurse specializing in cardiac telemetry. Candidates should have experience in a medical level of cardiac care and recovery from cardiac interventions. Preferred interventions include cardiac surgery, coronary artery stent placement, and pacemaker implant. The unit serves a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to geriatrics. Patient care includes hemodynamically stable non-procedural cardiac patients. Nurses will manage a variety of technical skills including, but not limited to, telemetry and arterial line management. They will provide care in compliance with established protocols and patient safety standards. Experience with charting systems is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams are essential. Candidates should be capable of providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will participate in patient education and involve patients in their own care planning. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
